Job Summary

Develop the understanding and knowledge of the Service Engineer role in Tetra Pak by executing preventive & corrective maintenance; analysing and correcting technical issues with focused in customer's operation efficiency; and participating in installation events.

What You Will Do

* Travel to customer sites to:
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
* Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
* Train customer operators and support production efficiency
* Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
* Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
* Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
* Maintain a clean, safe work environment
* Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have

* Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles
* Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering
* Strong mechanical /electrical/automation knowledge
* Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
* Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
* A proactive, customer-first mindset
