Description Du Poste

* Design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment.
* Creates plans, and performs tests and validations of products
* Calculates test costs based on laboratory test orders
* Identifies and defines relevant test specifications
* Analyses specific customer requirements and project requirements
* Documents results and reports the results to the customer
* Aligns requirements, results and open questions with the customer
* Supports the strategic planning and implementation of methods and processes
* Design of electrical systems for the automotive industry.
* Maintaining electrical equipment.
* Implementing & improving electrical instruments, facilities, components & equipment products.
* Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.
* Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes.
* Ensures planning and coordination of laboratory validation and testing related tasks.
* Ensures planning and implementation of methods and processes.
* Develops and coordinates technical expertise for validation and testing for internal and external customers .
* Responsible and coordination for necessary documentation tasks.
* Represents his/her subject internally and externally.
* Initiates and ensures optimization, continues improvement and standardization of new and existing processes.
* Ensures reporting according reporting requirements (e.g. monthly, reporting line, tools…).
* Ensures deliverables according to commercial commitments.
* Ensures planning, initiation and monitoring of laboratory validation projects.
* Assumes responsibility for development project work as required.
* Ensures alignment of project requirements and development process.
* Escalates according to defined escalation paths when necessary.
* Prepares cost calculations for validation plans, general laboratory tests, and reclamation tests based on LTO’s.
* Provides interface for internal and external customers to the laboratory.

Qualifications

* Engineer or Bac+5 in electric / Mechanic or industrial Field
