Role Description

You will be the bridge between our clients and our delivery team across many projects DataFlo Systems runs. Your job is to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, buildable specifications, design interfaces, project-manage delivery, validate what gets built through functional testing, and own the client relationship from kick-off through training and go-live.

Your initial major project will be an ERP integration for a multi-branch distribution client. From there, you will move across our growing portfolio — taking on new clients as they come in, while continuing to support delivery on existing ones.

What you will do

•    Lead discovery and requirements work with new and existing clients

•    Collaborate with development and commercial teams to scope, estimate, and price client work

•    Design interfaces and clickable mockups before they get built

•    Translate client needs into clear specifications for the development team

•    Project-manage delivery across multiple concurrent client projects

•    Work alongside development to handle functional testing before features are released to clients

•    Own the client relationship end-to-end — communication, expectations, and quality

•    Run training sessions to onboard client teams onto the systems we deliver

•    Support pre-sales technical discovery on new prospects as the pipeline grows

Must haves

Experience — 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or IT project management

Languages — Fluent French, Arabic, and English.

Technical literacy — Technically literate without being a developer. You can read code, understand data structures and APIs, follow technical specifications, and have built or configured things yourself. You will not write production code, but you must be able to think technically

UI/UX — Comfortable wireframing and producing clickable mockups in Figma (or equivalent).

Nice to haves

•    Direct experience with Sage, Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, or similar ERP systems

•    Background at a consultancy, IT services firm, or in-house IT/digital transformation team

•    A portfolio showing past wireframes, mockups, or interface designs

•    Experience delivering user training or onboarding sessions

•    Exposure to functional testing or QA — writing test cases, validating builds against specifications

•    Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, ClickUp)

Further information

Location — Hybrid between DataFlo Systems office in Casablanca, with travel to client sites in Morocco as required. Remote work flexibility where necessary.

Contract — Initial 6-month CDD with explicit conversion path to CDI based on mutual fit and pipeline.
