Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional table service

• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay orders to kitchen staff

• Serve meals and beverages following hospitality service standards

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience

• Process bills and handle payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or customer service preferred

• Good English communication skills

• Good French communication skills

• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
