Responsibilities:
As our projects expand, we are recruiting several Senior Operations Managers for various accounts.
Reporting directly to the Director of operations , here is a summary of your main responsibilities:
* Ensure the creation of an effective performance environment through a leadership-based management style.
* Ensure indicators are met
* Conduct performance reviews with all people reporting to you.
* Establish a process of continuous monitoring and proactive management to control absenteeism and attrition across all teams.
* Foster an open culture through effective communication and the availability and dispatching of information.
* Manage customer relations at an operational level by coordinating information while respecting deadlines and quality of service.
* Prepare, analyze and present information to customers as an integral part of monthly performance plans.
* Ensure forecasts are delivered on time, using information provided by the customer.
Qyalifications :
* Higher diploma in management, marketing or other
* Minimum experience of 3 and 5 years in a similar position,
* Excellent level in English and French
* MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
