About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Designer who understands the art of personalized travel. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of Morocco and global luxury travel standards, with a creative flair for building bespoke itineraries that go beyond expectations. You'll work closely with top-tier clients and international travel agencies to design seamless, culturally immersive journeys from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and manage tailor-made itineraries for luxury FITs, VIPs, and small groups

* Communicate directly with clients, agents, and partners to understand needs and preferences

* Coordinate with hotels, guides, and suppliers to ensure a flawless client experience

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Morocco’s luxury travel offerings and hidden gems

* Manage client budgets, proposals, and contracts with accuracy and discretion

Requirements:

* Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in luxury travel design or high-end DMC operations

* Strong destination knowledge of Morocco

* Excellent written and spoken English ; French and/or Spanish is a plus

* Exceptional communication, sales, and client relationship skills

* A deep passion for travel, culture, and delivering personalized service
