We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist with a passion for embedded electronic solutions, especially Battery Management Systems (BMS) and electronic boards, to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing the customer portfolio, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth in this exciting and evolving field.

-Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the BMS and electronic boards sector
-Understand client needs and propose tailored technical solutions
-Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers
-Contribute to commercial strategy and conduct market and competitor analysis
-Collaborate closely with internal teams including R&D, technical, and production
-Provide regular sales reports and forecasts

-Proven experience in sales or business development within the automotive or electronics manufacturing sector.
-Solid understanding of automotive industry standards, project cycles, and supplier qualification processes.
-Ability to identify and approach key decision-makers in automotive projects, including tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers.
-Technical background or knowledge in electronic systems, PCBA, connectors, or embedded automotive solutions is a strong advantage.
-Experience working with international clients or partnerships in the automotive sector.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
-Fluency in English and French is preferred; German or Spanish is a plus.
