Responsibilities:


1. Prospecting and follow-up of clients


2. Build and develop detailed business plans, identify key partners, accounts (system integrators, big installers, distributors) and end-users


3. Develop and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans


4. Brand promotion: undertake direction, leadership and management of key market strategies


5. Prioritize target accounts and opportunities and work with the sales team to ensure Dahua is seen as preferred vendors for those partners


6. Maintain and manage customer relationships


7. CRM management


Requirements:

  • Business development experience in the Electronic Security industry

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related fields

  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of sales cycles

  • Integrity, customer service, and exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Proficiency in English
