Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager or Senior Manager in West Africa, located in Yamoussoukro. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves leading and mentoring a sales team, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.


Responsibilities:

1. Formulate detailed sales plans according to sales targets and complete sales tasks;

2. Collect market information, analyze product demand and competitor status in the region or country under charge, and formulate sales strategies;

3. Expand the sales network according to the market characteristics of the region or country under his/her responsibility, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with distributors, and implement incentives for distributors;

4. Explore project opportunities and formulate project implementation plans according to the target market conditions of the region or country under his/her responsibility;

5. Organize roadshows, product promotion meetings, exhibitions, dealer conferences and other activities according to business needs and cooperate with relevant departments; 6. Collect accounts according to the sales contract, improve the rate of collection and reduce the rate of bad debts.


Job requirements :(Need candidates Speak both Chinese&French)

1. 3-5 years of working experience, including 2-3 years of overseas project development experience, familiar with bidding process, successful operation and implementation of government projects

2. Have keen market insight and customer mining ability, preferably have security, communication agent and customer resources;

3. Have strong sense of responsibility and drive for sales, accustomed to work under the pressure of sales KPI, dare to undertake sales tasks;

4. Have the ability of empathy and empathy, can output solutions from the perspective of customers, or achieve negotiation goals through empathy

5. Have the ability to work independently and take the initiative to close the loop, be able to analyze, process and guide project requirements independently, have strong logic, be able to quickly grasp the key points, and actively pull resources to support and complete the closed loop; 6. Have the ability to understand and present solutions, have unique ideas and the ability to tell stories based on customer needs;

7. Have the ability to talk and receive with senior executives of government and enterprise customers, and be familiar with the reception methods and procedures for senior customers;

8. Able to adapt to frequent medium and long term overseas independent business trips or permanent residence, and can accept business trips for a cumulative period of 8 months or more in a year, mainly for the development of Central and West African countries; French can be used as a working language.
