Position: Sales & Business Development (Moroccan Market)
Employment Type: Full-time (8 hours/day)
Location: Remote – Morocco (local time zone)
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales and business development cycle in the Moroccan market.
* Convert warm leads into closed deals.
* Generate new opportunities through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and CRM updates.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and spoken French.
* Strong command of Moroccan dialect (Darija) to engage effectively with local clients.
* Coachable and open to feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Strong engagement in meetings and team discussions.
* Ambition to meet and exceed growth targets.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and align with company culture.
* Strong organizational skills, with consistent reporting and CRM updates.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with no cap on earnings.
Commissions are calculated on Net Revenue Collected (actual cash received by SBITIS MEDIA, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and third-party costs).
* Warm Leads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, inbound DMs, referrals): 15% commission
* Cold Leads (self-generated via calls, emails, outreach): 25% commission
