Role Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to understand client needs in order to propose the best solutions.


Key Responsibilities


• Prospect and identify new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers to maximize satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

• Prepare and submit commercial offers, contracts, and proposals.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Report regularly on sales activities and performance to management.
