We are an emerging freight forwarding company, building a fully integrated logistics operation covering sea, air, and road freight. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth and play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial success.
What You’ll Do:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in international freight forwarding.
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
* Promote and present our logistics services, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
* Negotiate competitive freight rates and close profitable deals.
* Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution from sales to delivery.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales execution.
Who You Are:
* Experienced in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade sales.
* Knowledgeable in sea, air, and road freight operations.
* Strong communicator and negotiator, fluent in French and English.
* Ambitious, self-driven, and results-oriented.
* Excited to grow with a start-up and take ownership of business development initiatives.
