Key Responsibilities
* Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure revenue growth in the PV industry.
* Manage and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales contracts.
* Monitor project implementation in coordination with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
* Provide sales forecasts and reports, ensuring accurate pipeline management.
* Support and mentor junior sales staff when needed, contributing to the team’s overall performance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related fields .
* At least 3 years of direct sales experience in the solar industry (photovoltaics, energy storage, inverters, etc.), with proven success in achieving sales targets.
* Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
* Solid knowledge of contract negotiation and commercial/legal terms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first and results-driven mindset.
* Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
