About The Role
CBRE EXCELLERATE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to support its commercial operations in Casablanca. The role involves assisting the sales team in daily activities, preparing and managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the execution of local sales strategies to strengthen market presence.
* Support the sales team with client meetings, follow-ups, and commercial coordination.
* Prepare, submit, and track RFQs and commercial proposals.
* Maintain and update client records and ensure accurate documentation.
* Liaise with technical and operations teams to align offers with service capabilities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely and professional communication.
* Provide weekly reporting on sales activities and client interactions.
* Contribute to the development and follow-up of the commercial pipeline.
Education
Required Qualifications:
Engineering diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience or commercial support in a client-facing role.
Skills & Competencies
Experience in preparing and managing RFQs is essential.
* Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset.
