Euronet EFT Segment seeks to employ an accomplished Sales Director in Morocco who will drive the continued aggressive growth of our Independent ATM (IAD) business in the country.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the aggressive expansion of the company’s IAD Network comprising of both standalone and key account ATM locations (e.g. shopping malls, fuel stations, retail chains):

* Develop and manage a direct sales plan based upon the financial targets agreed with the Segment management.
* Map prospective client organizations, particularly with regard to identifying the necessary coach(es) and internal/external decision makers critical for successful sales.
* Build strong, direct relationships with existing and prospective clients based upon trust, respect and ethical conduct.
* Leverage Euronet resources, whether Senior Executives, Sales, Sales Support, Operations etc., as tools for supporting and completing the sales process.
* Become proficient in the value proposition, functionality, implementation requirements and competitive alternatives to Euronet EFT IAD networks.
* Evaluate the local market and competition landscape.
* Establish relationships with other market participants such as banks to promote and establish cooperation with Euronet.


Execute the short- and medium-term strategies:

* Coordinate strategy and tactics with the Division management for the development and achievement of aggressive targets, including an aggressive 3-year plan.
* Oversee the monthly P&L and identify needs for additional personnel, opportunities for top line growth and cost line reductions.


Manage and develop as required the local sales team to exceed the financial performance targets established by the Segment management:

* Develop the sales/business development team as required.
* Establish quantifiable, measurable sales targets and manage the sales team to succeed in achieving such targets.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

* University degree. Professional training in Sales will be considered an asset.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, 5 of which in management positions, within the financial services, consumer goods or retail sectors.
* A proven track record in achieving aggressive growth targets, managing sales teams and building strong relationships with clients.
* P&L experience.
* Experience working and excelling in regulated industry environments will be an asset.
* Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency of English.
