【Job Responsibilities】
-Responsible for product launch, daily work flow, store display training
-Assess and quantify training results, and go to stores to check sales performance and training results of sales promoters
-Proficient in the design, organization and implementation of training courses, able to customize training content according to company needs.
-Master certain training tools, techniques and methods, such as PPT production, operation of offline/online learning platforms, etc.
-Empower sales staff with product knowledge, solve store sales scenario problems, and collect sales staff feedback
【Job Requirements】
1、work experience
-Experience in training, 1-3 years of experience in store management or consumer electronics industry
Practical experience in related fields is preferred.
2、Personal Abilities
-Good communication and expression skills, able to clearly empower sales staff with sales skills
-Have strong learning ability, adaptability and teamwork spirit.
-Good problem analysis and problem solving skills, able to deal with unexpected problems encountered during training.
-Have a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, and be able to adjust and optimize training content according to different audience groups.
-Fluent English and French communication skills
