The Restaurant Manager is responsible for full restaurant management: team leadership, service quality, operational performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage restaurant operations
* Recruit, train and supervise staff
* Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
* Manage inventory, costs and daily reports
* Achieve sales targets
* Ensure health and safety compliance
Candidate Requirements
* 3-5 years management experience in restaurant or hospitality
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Good level of English & French mandatory
* Experience in international franchises is an asset
