Main responsibilities:
* analyzing and configuring restaking strategies for ETH and other assets;
* working with validators, node operators, and AVS in ecosystems such as EigenLayer;
* assessing risks: slashing, stake concentration, liquidity, and exposure across multiple protocols;
* monitoring on-chain metrics: TVL, rewards, APR, delegation, and unbonding;
* collaborating with protocol teams, engineers, and product on restaking integration;
* preparing analytics, reports, and recommendations to optimize yield and security;
* tracking updates in restaking, LRT (Liquid Restaking Tokens), and related DeFi protocols.
Requirements:
* understanding of staking, validation, consensus, and proof-of-stake networks;
* knowledge of restaking, EigenLayer-style systems, AVS, and LRT;
