Your Role:

The Holder of this position is called to perform the following duties :

* Ensure the implementation of engineering changes in coordination with the service center.
* Ensure the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.
* Ensure the application and monitoring of changes according to the schedule and standard procedures for project development.
* Prepare Technical Documentation Ensure weekly update of reports.
* Ensure the smooth running of customer audits and certification audits
* Ensure a good connection with engineering / EOS / SAP / GSD-M / PFMEA’S system managers.
* Ensuring the revision of PFMEA's for engineering changes and application of the required actions.
* Ensure compliance with quality, environmental standards, health and safety standards.
* Ensure technicians management

Your Background:

* Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, automated systems electromechanics or equivalent.
* Good level of communication in English & French
* Analytical and synthetic skills and leadership skills.
* Good computer skills
* Task prioritization and time management
* Knowledge of manufacturing process.
* Strong problem-solving skills
