Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Casablanca for an Aluminum Extrusions role. The individual will oversee the production of aluminum extrusion profiles, ensure product quality meets industry standards, manage and maintain machinery, and collaborate with the manufacturing and operations teams to optimize processes. Daily tasks will also include coordinating with team members for achieving production targets and troubleshooting any production-related issues as they arise.

Qualifications

* Knowledge of aluminum extrusion processes, machines, and manufacturing techniques
* Experience in quality control and compliance with industry standards
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery and process issues
* Project management or production management experience
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to work in a factory setting and familiarity with safety protocols
* Relevant technical or mechanical engineering degree (preferred)
* Prior experience in aluminum manufacturing or extrusion is a plus
