About this role
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for his/her assigned roles. This involves sourcing (including direct / active sourcing) profiles, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The Recruitment Coordinator collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR teams and other stakeholders to attract top talent and ensure positive candidate experience.
Requirements
What will you do?
1- Own the recruitment process end to end for assigned roles.
* Recruitment Planning: Align with hiring managers on recruitment needs, target profile, sourcing channels and interview process / stages ahead of interviewing.
* Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, university fairs, Linkedin direct sourcing) to identify potential candidates. Review resumes, assess qualifications, and conduct initial screenings to shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.
* Interviewing: Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Selection: Collaborate and follow up with hiring managers throughout the interviewing process to evaluate candidates' suitability and make informed hiring decisions.
* Offer: Manage the offer negotiation with successful candidates
2- Liaise with Professional Development team upon offer acceptance to ensure smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
3- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing regular updates, feedback, and support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
4- Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent by coordinating the production of marketing materials needed for online / offline presence (employment fairs, social media pages) to position the organization as an employer of choice.
5- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or talent acquisition team members, when applicable.
Who you are?
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* 2-5 years proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
* Strong proficiency in active / direct sourcing.
* Strong follow-up skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
* Ability to work based on clearly defined KPIs (Time to offer, time in process, days per stage, conversion rate …etc).
* Familiar with using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
