We are looking for a proactive, people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about identifying and engaging top-tier tech talent. You will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring exceptional candidates across domains such as IT infrastructure, telecom, innovation, AI, and cybersecurity—with a focus on fast-growing markets.


You’ll work closely with regional business leaders to support expansion efforts in blooming tech ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Execution

* Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from briefing to onboarding
* Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and targeted headhunting
* Pre-screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client and project needs

Market Engagement

* Build talent pipelines and market intelligence for rapidly growing markets
* Collaborate with regional teams to align recruitment strategies with business expansion goals
* Stay updated on hiring trends and talent availability

Stakeholder & Candidate Experience Management

* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
* Provide a seamless, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Maintain strong internal collaboration and effective communication with hiring stakeholders

Recruitment Strategy & Process Optimization

* Use data and KPIs to drive smarter recruitment decisions and reduce time-to-hire
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS and CRM tools
* Support employer branding efforts in new and emerging markets

Required Qualifications

* 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in technical or consulting environments
* Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must – able to handle international hiring conversations confidently
* Track record of sourcing talent in IT, digital, innovation, or telecom fields
* Skilled in modern sourcing methods (LinkedIn, boolean, extensions, CRM, job boards)
* Strong interpersonal skills and a service-driven mindset

Preferred Skills & Experience

* Recruitment experience focused on AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation roles (Preferred not mandatory)
* Experience working with large enterprise clients or multinational environments
* Mastery of recruitment tools and talent acquisition solutions
* Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities
