This is a remote position offering exposure to high-level mandates across accounting, finance, and consulting. You’ll work closely with senior consultants on searches for top U.S. and Canadian firms, helping identify and engage the industry’s best talent.
What You’ll Do
* Source, screen, and recruit professionals for North American clients.
* Partner with consultants on leadership and specialized searches.
* Manage relationships with candidates and clients across multiple industries.
* Deliver exceptional results with precision and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
* Strong recruitment experience, ideally within finance or accounting.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Based in Morocco, available to work EST hours.
