HĂ´tel Prestige Agadir is looking for a professional, friendly, and motivated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a welcoming experience for all guests.


🛎 Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out

• Answer phone calls and assist guests

• Manage reservations and booking systems

• Handle payments and invoices

• Provide hotel and city information

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk

• Resolve guest issues with professionalism

âś… Requirements:

• Experience as a receptionist or in customer service

• Communication skills in French & English

• Knowledge of hotel software is an advantage

• Professional appearance and friendly attitude

• Ability to work shifts, weekends & holidays

• Strong organization and multitasking skills
