Quality Supervisor

🚀 Adient is hiring for its new site in Tiflet!

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Supervisor to lead our operational quality activities.

The selected candidate will manage a team of quality technicians and auditors, ensure the application of our Quality Systems and Business Operating System (BOS), and act as the key interface between customer quality engineers and the shopfloor.

Close collaboration with production and logistics teams is essential. Responsibilities also include recruiting, training, and developing quality agents, implementing structured problem-solving methods, and improving quality KPIs using universal tools such as basic quality tools, Lean, and Six Sigma.

👉 We're seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a multinational environment.
👉 The right profile combines quality leadership experience with a solid background in production or manufacturing engineering.
