Job Description
As part of our battery systems development for the automotive sector, we are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure product and process quality throughout the entire development lifecycle, from design to validation and industrialization, in compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
* Define and maintain the Project Quality Plan in alignment with customer requirements and internal quality procedures.
* Deploy preventive quality tools, including Design FMEA (xFMEA), Process FMEA, and Lessons Learned.
* Contribute to quality gate reviews and participate in design reviews, industrial feasibility assessments, and risk analysis.
* Lead the definition and implementation of inspection and control plans across the design, prototype, and serial production phases.
* Coordinate quality deliverables for key customer milestones (e.g., PPAP, ISIR).
* Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and nonconformities, and lead continuous improvement actions.

Profile Description
* Engineering degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields
* 2–5 years of experience in a quality role within the automotive or high-tech manufacturing sectors
* Strong knowledge of quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and tools (FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, PPAP, SPC)
* Experience with project-based quality management, ideally in new product development environments
* Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
* Good command of English (spoken and written); French or German is a plus
