To support the expansion of our Quality Department, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled QA Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the establishment, implementation, and improvement of ISO9001 and IATF16949 management systems.
* Lead the deployment of quality policies and objectives, ensuring alignment with COBCO’s strategic direction.
* Coordinate and follow up on internal and customer audits, including the closure of non-conformities.
* Conduct regular audits of controlled documents and records to ensure system compliance and effectiveness.
* Monitor the day-to-day operation of quality systems and prepare regular performance reports.
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality awareness across departments.
* Coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to enhance process performance.
* Support the integration and operation of other quality-related systems as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in quality or system management within an industrial environment.
* Possess an IATF 16949 internal auditor or registered auditor certificate.
* Proficient in quality management tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, 5WHY, fishbone diagram, etc.).
* Strong command of Microsoft Office or WPS software.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
* Demonstrated sense of responsibility, integrity, and initiative.
* Ability to adapt to workshop conditions (noise, high temperatures, dust, etc.) and occasional business travel.
