Aeolon Morocco is located in the Industrial Acceleration Zone of Betoya, Nador, covering an area of 50 hectares with a total investment of approximately 220.8 million euros. The site is designed to achieve an annual production capacity of 600 blade sets and employs over 3,000 people.

Job Summary:

Assist in the establishment and improvement of the company’s lean management operation mechanism and management system, and participate in the construction of the company’s production standardization system through lean improvement practices.

Qualifications:

Education Background:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Engineering.

Experience:

More than 2 years of work experience in lean improvement, preferably within the automobile, wind power, or machinery industries.

Skills:

• Proficient in using Lean tools for on-site improvement.

• Experienced in Lean knowledge training and Lean project coaching.

• Fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish, implement, and lead lean projects.

2. Conduct training and implementation of lean courses.

3. Promote and integrate lean culture and ideas within the production site.

4. Apply lean production tools and ensure their effectiveness.

5. Improve operational efficiency and optimize the production cycle.

6. Develop value flow charts and optimize process, material flow, and information flow.

7. Assist the department manager in developing and implementing related improvement projects.

8. Contribute to the construction of the company’s production standardization system through lean practices.

9. Support the establishment and enhancement of the company’s lean management mechanisms.

10. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
