The Project Leader is responsible for the launch and execution of logistics projects.

Key responsibilities include:


* Deploying internal logistics projects to ensure timely preparation and execution while optimizing capital expenditure and implementing high-performance processes for vehicle and powertrain plants across extended Europe.
* Leading and coordinating internal and external resources to achieve project deliverables.
* Acting as the primary operational contact for the Internal Logistics team throughout the project lifecycle.
* Managing the convergence and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as space utilization, workforce, and CapEx within the validated project timeline.


What You’ll Do :


* Represent the Internal Logistics entity within the project by participating in decision-making meetings, factory reviews, and other relevant sessions while reporting on progress.
* Coordinate activities between engineering teams and the Internal Logistics department, ensuring the successful delivery of all project objectives.
* Ensure the robustness of logistics processes and the timely delivery of parts.
* Oversee the design and implementation of logistics areas in collaboration with suppliers.
* Manage risks, resolve critical issues, and address project reservations.
* Organize user training and ensure the proper transfer of project data to factory teams for series production.
* Define the required resources and skills for deliverables, and manage subcontracting if necessary.
* Ensure clear communication within the project team and create a motivating, safe, and productive working environment.
* Monitor results and evaluate performance throughout the project.


What You’ll Bring :


Education and Experience:

* Engineering degree with min 7 years experience in internal logistics, supply chain, project management, and execution.
* Broad understanding of industrial organization and manufacturing processes for vehicles and mechanical components.

Technical Skills:

* Strong knowledge of logistics techniques relevant to the position.
* Familiarity with regulatory authorizations and certifications related to logistics responsibilities.
* Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and SPW tools.
* Supply Chain Fundamentals, Internal Logistics Process Engineering
* Project management Skills

Language proficiency:

English (minimum B2 level).

Behavioral Competencies:

* Dynamic and enthusiastic.
* Rigorous and methodical.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
