Product Quality Engineer

Skill check:

* Bac + 4 in industrial engineering or equivalent.
* An internship experience in the automotive industry

* Core tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SCP).
* Perfet command of spoken and written English (mandatory).

Challenge check:

* Develop and update control plans to ensure manufacturing process compliance according to customer specifications through the monitoring plan on SAP.
* Ensure timely closure of workflows related to control plans.
* Monitor critical product and process characteristics with appropriate control points.
* Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to define effective measurement methods.
* Reduce non-conformities through control parameter optimization.
* Led regular reviews to keep control plans updated following process or product changes.
* Responsible for systematically informing and training the team of quality inspectors on customer specifications related to special features for new products to meet them through the activity
* Ensure the preparation of external audits (customer and certification) as well as internal audits (system, process, and product).
* Conduct Process and Design FMEA to anticipate and prevent potential failures.
* Evaluate and prioritize risks using Severity (S), Occurrence (O), and Detection (D) criteria.
* Integrate FMEA outputs into quality documents: control plans, work instructions, etc.
* Followed up on corrective actions and continuously updated FMEA based on Customer/internal feedback.
