Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer (UX/UI) with strong experience in enterprise SaaS, systems design, and complex technical interfaces.

You will be the design owner for the Universal Adapter component, shaping how institutions configure connectors, manage data flows, enforce compliance rules, and integrate legacy systems with blockchain networks.

As a foundational member of our product team, you will help define the user experience across one of the most strategically important components in the ZenithBlox architecture.

🔑 Responsibilities

* Own the Adapter Design: Be the primary design lead for the end-to-end user experience of the Universal Adapter component, covering configuration UIs, monitoring dashboards, and error-handling workflows.
* Simplify Complexity: Translate highly technical integration concepts (APIs, data mapping, event subscriptions) into clear, simple, and efficient user interfaces.
* Design Modular Systems: Work within and contribute to our platform’s design system, ensuring all new adapter features are built using scalable, reusable components.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and specialized Adapter Engineers to understand technical constraints and user needs, delivering feasible and impactful designs.
* Validate and Iterate: Conduct user research and usability testing with our core technical users to continuously refine the adapter's configuration flow and overall experience.
* High-Fidelity Output: Deliver production-ready assets, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI specifications for developer hand-off using modern tools.
* Develop and maintain a robust design system aligned with the overall ZenithBlox platform experience.

🎯 Requirements

* 3+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in SaaS, enterprise software, data management, or complex technical tools.
* Mastery of Figma (or equivalent) for creating interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Proven experience designing interfaces for configuration or management of API-driven tools, data mapping, workflow automation, or integration platforms.
* A strong foundation in user-centered design, information architecture, and accessibility principles.
* Exceptional ability to communicate design rationale, articulate trade-offs, and defend decisions to a non-design audience.
* Experience in a remote or highly distributed team environment is a plus.
* Bonus: Understanding of blockchain concepts, tokenization, identity frameworks, or financial regulations.
