Bilingual English IT Support Technician (M/F)

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and support of our IT infrastructure across the Forterro Group.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide on-site and remote support to users for all IT-related issues
* Educate users on current and new applications, systems, and services
* Ensure data confidentiality and system security
* Test and evaluate new hardware, software, services, and systems
* Support the rollout of new applications and services across the Forterro Group
* Administer Windows-based environments
* Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
* Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
* Replace computer components as needed
* Administer Azure and on-premises Active Directory
* Manage cloud-based applications (e.g., Office 365, ticketing systems, Atlassian tools)
* Support business operations (e.g., budget proposals, cost allocation, control, and reporting)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within large international IT systems
* Strong knowledge of computer systems (software, hardware, devices, technologies)
* Solid expertise in Windows system technologies
* Knowledge of cloud solutions is a plus
* Strong internal customer orientation
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
