Procurement Officer

As part of the continued growth of our leading client in the automotive sector, we are looking for a motivated Junior Procurement Officer with a first experience in the automotive sector to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and manage the procurement of raw materials and components to ensure uninterrupted production.
* Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms of service.
* Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
* Work closely with internal departments (production, logistics, quality) to anticipate and respond to supply chain needs.
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
* Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving procurement processes.

Profile Required:

* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
* First professional experience (1 to 3 years) in a procurement or supply chain role, ideally within the automotive industry.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
* Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
