Main Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include :

* Review and update process documentation, including process standards, control plans, PFMEA, and BO$Ms.
* Improve product CPK by promoting compliance across all processes and implementing targeted actions for bottlenecks.
* Organize and validate new product trials and materials, and assess the outcomes of process test initiatives.
* Lead production line improvement projects, enhance engineering capabilities, and drive cost reduction efforts.
* Verify new processes, fixtures, and equipment; document and evaluate verification results.
* Improve client quality by analyzing issues, implementing corrective/preventive measures, aligning with customer requirements, and defining shipping standards.

Job requirements

The job requirements are as follows:

* Educational requirements: Bac + 5 State engineer or master's degree Materials, chemistry, and related majors;
* Experience requirement: 3 years
* Materials, chemistry, and related majors;
* Have a theoretical foundation in lithium battery materials, possess engineering scientific concepts, and have the ability to independently analyze problems;
* Master SPC FMEA、DOE、 Tolerance design, Minitab, 6sigma, 8D and other analysis methods; Familiar with the ITAF16949 system and related tool applications;
* Familiar with the process flow of battery materials, understand the characteristics of each process and equipment;
* Fluent level in English
