JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY


Define the powertrain strategy for the model/country for the MEA region.

She/He is highly contributor of the PWT (Powertrain) long and short terms strategy for MEA and PWT line-up per vehicle (all carlines, all the brands).


Ensures that all of the MEA markets could get the adapted PWT and Product offers, according to their needs (vs regulations, customer needs, competitors offers, government incentives, CNZ, CO2, fuel quality, very hot countries …. ).


She/He asks for bulletins creation, participates to the follow-up meetings, and contributes to synthesis preparation for decisions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


In cooperation with the vehicles product planner he/she will have to define the needs in term of powertrain for each car line market, defining volumes, specs and pricing


In cooperation with PWT PLAN he/she will support the request for the application to support the business case.


Average – short term PWT strategy : identification of the lacks in the current Stellantis offers for the MEA markets, also Stellantis developments not compatible with the MEA Markets and constraints (Fuel quality, Very hot countries, specific regulations for Algeria, …. ) leading to ask for bulletins and pushing investigations for decisions. High implication for preparing and follow-up the bulletin investigations and synthesis (volumes, GCR, project scoring, planning, … ).


Long Term Plan (LTP): highly contributes to the construction of the LTP energy mixes volumes for MEA (forecast production volumes per carline, segment, brand, country, …. )

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS


* Engineering school will be highly appreciated
* 7 to 10 years experience into Planning and Powertrain
* Language: Fluency in English and french, Italian is a plus
* Preferred Skills & Abilities: excel, powerpoint, power BI
* Personal Traits: Able to communicate with sales, product and egineering
