Plastics Specialist

#Skillcheck:

* Bac + 5 (Technical Diploma).
* Minimum 3 years of experience (Injection Technician / Plastic Engineer).
* Good analysis skills in injection molding process, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality.
* Ability to manage multiple start-up projects.
* Demonstrated superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.

#Challenge check:

* Ensure the validation of new equipment (potting machines, tools etc.).
* Provide technical leadership to process adjusters and potting line staff.
* Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring that procedures are clearly stated and easily understood by all employees.
* Monitor and report issues with potting equipment and processes, providing recommendations and solutions.
* Support quality issues and customer claims related to potting defects or performance concerns.

*The candidate should be based in the Oriental Region.
