We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our team at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team.
* Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and onboarding.
* Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both digital and physical formats.
* Assist in coordinating training sessions, colleague engagement activities, and internal communications.
* Manage internal communications channels and contribute to the creation and distribution of the People & Culture newsletter.
* Handle colleague inquiries with discretion and professionalism, ensuring a positive employee experience.
* Support the coordination of payroll and attendance-related documentation.
* Participate in organizing colleague recognition programs, events, and welfare initiatives.
* Manage casual labor and interns, including onboarding, scheduling, and performance follow-up.
* Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis as required.
Requirements
* Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience in Human Resources or Hospitality is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
* Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
