Role Summary

This blended role covers operations/administration and IT recruiting. You’ll help keep our internal engine running — managing calendars, documents, and invoicing — while supporting our growth through sourcing, screening, and coordination. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders and develop your professional skills in a modern remote setup.


Responsibilities

·        Operations (≈50%)

·        Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize remote sessions.

·        Triage inboxes, draft professional emails, and prepare documents/contracts.

·        Handle simple invoicing/POs, vendor follow-ups, and digital filing.

·        Take meeting minutes and track action items to closure.

·        Support light HR administration (onboarding checklists, employee records).

·        Talent / IT Recruiting (≈50%)

·        Write clear job ads and perform targeted sourcing on LinkedIn (Boolean search).

·        Screen CVs, conduct intro calls, and coordinate interview logistics.

·        Maintain ATS/pipeline hygiene and weekly hiring metrics.

·        Ensure a great candidate experience and fast, clear communication.


Requirements

·        1–3 years’ experience in administrative support and/or recruiting (IT recruiting a plus).

·        Excellent English (written & spoken). Arabic: strong working proficiency.

·        Knowledge of ISO 9001 (documentation control, process mapping, continual improvement).

·        Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 and professional business writing.

·        Familiarity with LinkedIn search, Boolean strings, and basic ATS workflows.

·        Highly organized, discreet with sensitive data, strong follow-through, and communication.


Nice to Have

·        Understanding of common software roles (Full-stack, QA, DevOps, Mobile).

·        Basic invoicing/accounting exposure and reporting skills in Sheets/Excel.
