Job Responsibilities:
* Reception and Switchboard Management: Professionally manage telephone calls, greet visitors, and efficiently coordinate meeting room schedules.
* Administrative and Clerical Support: Independently draft and compose business correspondence and emails; maintain systematic electronic and paper filing systems.
* Office Operations Management: Be fully responsible for the procurement, inventory management, and cost control of stationery and other office consumables; maintain the overall tidiness and order of the office environment.
* Team Support and Coordination: Provide efficient administrative support to sales, technical, and other teams, including but not limited to meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
* Process Optimization: Proactively identify areas for improvement in administrative and office procedures, and propose and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
* Other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent English & Local language communication skills.
* Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience in administration, office management, or a related field. Prior experience in technology, manufacturing, or engineering firms is a plus.
