About the Role

PARCADO is a fast-growing company helping independent drivers work successfully with the Yango platform in Morocco. We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and organized Operations Manager to help us scale our operations and support our growing team.

You’ll work directly with the CEO to:

* Coordinate the support and call center team
* Improve driver onboarding and retention systems
* Track KPIs and make operations more efficient

Who We’re Looking For

* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Basic experience with team management or operations
* Confident with Sheets and reporting tools
* Loyal, committed, and solution-focused
