Key Responsibilities


* Engage actively in continuous learning across diverse terminal activities such as Safety, Operations, Maintenance, and Ways of Working.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, kaizen initiatives, and other improvement programs.
* Drive and monitor progress of improvement actions, ensuring timely completion and clear communication of outcomes through regular updates and presentations.
* Develop, update, and maintain key operational documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
* Track and analyse KPIs, maintain dashboards, and ensure regular performance reporting.
* Conduct process confirmations to evaluate adherence to standards and ensure corrective actions are implemented where needed.
* Enhance visual management systems and dashboards to deliver clearer insights and greater transparency.
* Champion LEAN principles and practices across the organization, identifying opportunities for process improvement using methodologies such as value stream mapping, 5S, visual management, and standard work.
* Support and coach teams at all levels in applying LEAN tools and techniques.
* Participate in workshops, training sessions, and kaizen events to strengthen the culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the WoW Team and improvement groups to share lessons learned and best practices.

Lean-minded: We seek a candidate with a continuous improvement mindset – someone naturally curious, eager to solve problems at the root, and committed to making processes better every day.


* Master’s or Engineering degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Mechanical, Automation, Civil, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Business Administration).
* Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
* Advanced computer literacy and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* A collaborative team player with high integrity, able to work independently while building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
