The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

Responsibilities

* Ensure the proper functioning of the site: logistics, suppliers, security, maintenance
* Supervise the administrative assistant and monitor orders, contracts, and budgets
* Welcome and onboard new employees, and coordinate local HR actions
* Organize internal events and support CSR initiatives
* Ensure regular reporting (headcount, HR indicators, expenses)
* Contribute to continuous improvement and the structuring of the site


Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum, ideally in management, HR, or administration
* 2 to 3 years of experience in office coordination or HR support
* Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Fluent French, English level B2
* Autonomy, adaptability, and customer service mindset
* Team spirit and collaborative approach
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
