We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with at least 12 months of UK lettings progression and property management experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing the full lifecycle of UK rental processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage lettings progression from application through move-in
Conduct tenant referencing and handle all compliance procedures
Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with contractors
Manage tenant and landlord communication professionally
Assist with renewals, notices, deposits, and tenancy documentation
Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
Support UK compliance requirements, including Right to Rent checks, safety certificates, EPCs, and AML tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months of UK lettings and property management experience
Strong understanding of UK tenancy laws, processes, and regulations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with UK property CRMs (Alto, Fixflo, LetMC, Arthur, etc.) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
