Job Purpose
* The Contract Administrator provides in the field for the administration of all contracts on a project with respect to:
* Filing and correspondence.
* Payments.
* Control of claims and backcharges
* Correspondance and contractual notices
* PROLOG use and administration, or other systems as required.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
* Participates in setting assignment objectives and plans own task schedule to satisfy objectives;
* Responsible for gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of contracts
* Uses knowledge of general application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards to perform work.
* Coordinates or performs contract administration tasks related to monitoring compliance, performance, and progress.
* Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific contract problems and may provide assistance in claims research.
* Provides for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
* Implements contract modifications, data management and coordination with subcontractors

* Bachelor or Master's degree
