JOB PURPOSE:
The Office Management Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office management activities and support the day to day administrative and travel logistics of all the company employees and guests.
SCOPE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Office management
* Ensure office equipment and facilities are maintained.
* Manage the office supplies and equipment.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Maintain office security and safety procedures.
* Manage and monitor all the business trips’ arrangements.
* Manage the Visas travel requests for the internal staff and the company guests :
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team events.
* Supervise administrative staff and provide support as needed.
* Follow up travel costs and reimbursements,
* Compile and provide reports as required,
Minimum Qualifications:
* University degree in Business Administration is preferred.
Minimum Experience:
* Must have been minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role.
* Fluent in English, (French, Arabic and English).
Skills:
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, …)
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
