ProductLife Group is looking for an Office Manager to join its growing team on a permanent contract.
The Office Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. This includes managing office supplies and budgets, coordinating events and travel, supporting HR and Finance with administrative processes, and acting as the first point of contact for employees and visitors. This position contributes to operational excellence by creating a well-organized, collaborative, and compliant workplace that supports both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth working environment
* Manage office supplies, vendors, contracts, and budgets
* Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Support HR and Finance teams with administrative processes
* Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors
* Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
* Fluent in French and English
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Familiarity with office management tools and ERP systems (an advantage)
