About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will assist customers in French and English with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide helpful information to ensure an excellent customer experience.

* Resolve customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick and accurate solutions

Qualifications
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
* Strong communication skills with a positive, customer-focused mindset
* Previous experience in customer service or call centers is required
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
