The Client Relations Specialist will play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of account management experience, confidence, and strong organizational skills, while consistently demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in a timely and professional manner.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
* Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for value addition and improved service delivery.
Account Management
* Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
* Track client activity, feedback, and requests, providing regular updates to internal teams.
* Prepare and deliver account reviews and performance reports to stakeholders.
* Ensure client deliverables are met in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
Collaboration & Problem Solving
* Work closely with internal teams such as operations, product, and business development to ensure seamless service.
* Address client issues with urgency and professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
* Suggest improvements to internal processes to enhance the client experience.
Growth & Opportunity Identification
* Identify opportunities for account expansion and communicate them to the business development team.
* Stay informed about industry trends and client markets to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role.
* Strong track record of building and managing client relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Confident, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
