Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Technologist located in Casablanca, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Medical Technologist will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests, ensuring quality control, and adhering to laboratory medicine best practices. Daily tasks include preparing and analyzing samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and accurately recording results.

Qualifications

* Proficient in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine skills
* Experienced in Laboratory Skills and Quality Control
* Strong understanding of Medicine
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
* Certification by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP, AMT) is a plus
