Security Analyst

Summary:

Assists the Physical Security Supervisor in ensuring physical security systems are working properly and access controls are in place. Assists in evaluating the day-to-day performance and operations of uniformed guards. Investigates security breaches, incidents and provides timely response to the Security Manager. Ensures the compliance of all implemented company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Supervises the guard force administration.
* Ensures that guards are trained and well-aware of the security policies of the organization.
* Compiles all team members company violation reports, security reports across all sites from
* CCTV surveillance camera operators, admin staff as well as from site security officers.
* Provides emergency security support to employees for all sites and performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Skills Required:

* 5-year continuous experience in a physical security role preferably in a BPO/Shared Services setup
* Extensive background in guard force administration, CCTV, Access Control.
* Full technical knowledge in Access Control System
* Video Management System
* Physical Security Controls
* Electronic Security Systems.
